Overview
CPMS digitalizes the full lifecycle of internal regulations and cooperation documents across three organizational levels — head office, regional, and branch — replacing a manual process that carried risks of inefficiency, delayed ratification, and regulatory non-compliance.
The system pairs a document core — collaborative drafting integrated with Office 365, a nine-level regulation hierarchy, a central PKS/MoU repository, and tiered Maker → Checker → Approver approval — with an AI layer that drafts, searches by meaning, detects conflicts against regulations already in force, and answers questions over the whole repository.
