Overview

Implementation of Zana ERP — our modular, multi-company platform for Indonesian business operations, unifying master data, finance, accounting, logistics, human resources, and production in a single codebase — extended with a new Material Requirement Planning capability on the production module.

MRP answers one question across every running Work Order: which materials are short, by how much, and what to do next. It compares work-order material lines against available stock and incoming supply, then feeds the resulting shortage list into the existing Material Request or Purchase Request documents — read-only by design, creating no new path for stock or journals, and saving each run as a timestamped snapshot so purchasing decisions stay accountable.
